I want to start off by saying that I am a CA Real Estate Agent in South orange county. On my last transaction I represented the buyers on a purchase and they came to me pre-approved by JDR. They were VA buyers and in the real-estate world VA/FHA loans have a stigma of going over the usual time limit of 30 days and becoming complicated during the escrow process.
